About Yours Truly
I started my photography journey in 2010 when I was just 14 years old. Back then, it was simply something I loved—I’d take my camera everywhere and shoot anything that caught my eye.
My deeper appreciation for the craft began when I tried recreating professionally shot images on a teenager’s budget. My first strobe was a $3 thrift store find, and my backdrop was a flat bed sheet from Target. Working within those constraints taught me how to problem-solve creatively—an early lesson in resourcefulness that would later influence how I think as an engineer.
A few years later, I began dancing competitively and connected with a network of artists eager to collaborate. That opened the door to freelancing, and I worked on projects across the West Coast—from movement and event photography to product shoots and visual campaigns.
Now, as a recent Computer Engineering graduate, I balance both creative and technical disciplines. I’ve written firmware for embedded systems, developed SystemVerilog modules for FPGA-based designs, and led visual branding projects as a freelance photographer and creative director. Whether I’m debugging hardware or building a photoshoot from the ground up, I bring the same mindset: iterate, refine, and tell a compelling story.
My style leans dramatic and moody—but I’m highly adaptable and always curious to explore new looks based on the story a client wants to tell.
